Mail Option: Receive your items via USPS.
In-Store Pickup: Collect your order from one of our two locations in Ashtabula or Madison.

Please note: All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the item has been produced.

We reserve the right to make substitutions on items that may be unavailable due to inventory shortages or backorders.

In such cases, we will substitute the unavailable item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Any substitutions made will be noted on the order's packing slip.
